Product Planning

New products are developed in different ways: to be designed by us from the first step, or to be picked out in some overseas exhibitions, or through our own networks all over the world.
At the very first step, we do a factory audit to every new manufacturer and check their quality policy and quality control system. Only the product made by the manufacturer that has passed our audit can be preceded to the next stage.
The new candidate product is studied many times in our staff meeting and all requirements and problems pointed out in the meeting are improved together with the manufacturer to meet market needs and to improve its quality. After this, we interview our expected customers by showing its preproduction prototype. Then, the product may be modified again to reflect their requirement.

Production Management/Quality Assurance

To meet our quality standard and customers' requirements, we have resident staffs in China and Hong Kong and let them have regular visits to our partner manufacturers. They work in close communication with engineers of the manufacturers to let them fully understand our technical requirements, and to ensure all instructions are properly implemented.
All products are 100% inspected in the production line in the presence of our engineer, and then, the products are inspected again by a third party instructor using our quality standard before shipment.
From designing to inspection, thanks to our coherent management system, we can keep products’ stable quality and keep on time delivery; we are proud to provide a product with good quality on a timely basis to our customers.
